Data collected
When you place an order, I collect strictly necessary information: surname, first name, email address, postal address, a photo of your animal, and any specific requests. No banking data is stored on the site (payment via Stripe).
Use of data
Your data is used solely to process your order, keep you informed of its progress and deliver your artwork. No reselling, no sharing with commercial third parties.
Animal photos
The photos you send me are used only to create your portrait. If you would like the original photo and the finished watercolour to appear in the site's gallery, I will ask for your explicit consent. Your full name will never be displayed: only your animal's name and, if you wish, your first name.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, please use the contact form or write to contact@lesmuseauxdemena.fr.
Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation (cart, session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Audience measurement
The site uses Matomo, a self-hosted audience measurement tool. Statistics are collected without cookies, with IP address anonymisation, and the browser's « Do Not Track » signal is respected. The data is never shared with a third party or transferred outside the European Union: it stays hosted with the site. This measurement is used solely to understand traffic and improve the site.
